Dear brothers and sisters,

Thanks for praying for our outreach this past Saturday.  We showed up, cleaned up lots of doggie doo-doo, set up our tent and table, got the music scene ready (Vincenzo, Jon and Valerio played some small scale sets) and began taking advantage immediately of the curious onlookers.  Using the "Good Test" we attempted to get someone to agree to taking it while being filmed.  For those of you unfamiliar it is a survey type format where you ask people questions such as, "Do you think you are a good person".  Then you move into God's Commandments being the standard and ask them if they think that they are following the 10 commandments.  It is quite effective in getting people to admit that they are sinners and realize that they couldn't get into heaven based on their own conduct.  That is where the good news of Jesus comes in.  Our hope is to use the videos that we make online for reaching out to other Italians beyond our zone.  The first guy we got to agree to do it, actually ended up praying to receive Jesus!!  We almost didn't know what to do! Praise be to God.  Our prayer for Enzo is that it indeed was genuine, and that the Holy Spirit would begin to radically lead him into a life of faith and discipleship in the Word.  Enzo owns an aquarium/pet shop right there in the mall area where we were doing evangelism and is obviously an integral part of that neighborhood.  Please lift him up in prayer.  May God move upon him with power and radically hold his heart for great things in the kingdom.  Pray for his protection and for a passionate hunger for the things of God to be stirred up within.  We filmed another lady named Anita too.  She was somewhat open.  The seeds were definitely planted.  Please keep her in prayer.  There were about 10 to 15 teenage "dudes" from the hood there who were prowling around, listening a bit, engaging a bit.  It was a good start in getting the word out, and getting our faces and association name before some new folks.  While we were passing out tracts, and information about social assistance through our association, we also handed out flyers for the coming Saturday inviting people to a free showing of the Jesus Film in Italian.  Please be praying that God would prepare hearts and stir people to come this week.

Thank you for your faithfulness.  It bears the fruit of righteousness and we are blessed to know that the Lord himself will reward you in his own special way.
